Mermaid Eyes ![]() This is the 120 Palette. Colors that I used are outlined in white, with numbers next to them. ![]() 1. Start with a clean eye. Yeah my eye's weird, it's got a couple folds lol. ![]() 2. Ok, like in all my other tutorials, I've already put on my eyeliner and mascara. No need for it to be perfect, I just do it 'cause it's like a guideline for me later when I go over it with liquid liner. (I'm using Maybelline Colossal mascara and Covergirl LashBlast). Underneath my brow bone, I put a concealer a shade lighter and on the lid and right underneath my eyes, I put an eye primer. ![]() 3. Blend in the concealer and primer. Primer is used to make your eyeshadows more vibrant and stay on longer. The concealer is used to highlight the brow bone and it does a good job of masking any eyebrow hairs that are growing out. ![]() 4. I used shade 1 and put it onto HALF my lid as well as a little underneath my eyes near the inner corner. Sweep it underneath your brow bone to highlight. If you put the color on your whole lid, the blues that we'll put on later will mix with the yellow and become green, and we don't want that! You can use any light shimmery yellow that you have. ![]() 5. Take shade 2 (or any light turquoise-ish color) and put it on the other half of your eye and put it underneath your eyes at the bottom outer corner. ![]() ![]() 6. Take shade 3 (or any dark shimmery cerulean blue) and put it in the other corner, making a ">" shape. Also put a little underneath the eye as well, right at the bottom outer corner. Remember to blend it in nicely with the other colors. You don't want any harsh lines! ![]() ![]() 7. I don't know if you can tell...but I've taken shade 4 (a light green color), and put it lightly right above the blue. This is so there will be hints of green, and the look won't be so in-your-face blue. ![]() 8. Ok, so I've relined my eyes using a liquid liner. Use an angled brush to set your liquid liner with a matte black eyeshadow. This will help your eyeliner stay on longer w/o smudging, and it deepens the black color as well. ![]() ![]() 9.
